My daughter was under the care of LaDawn for about two years. In those years I watched her excel in many ways that I had not seen in her previous daycare. LaDawn established relationships with the parents and was great at communicating praises as well as concerns. She is very knowledgeable in her field as far as teaching students and encouraging students to use problem solving skills to resolve any conflicts they may have. I cannot say enough good things about her as a teacher. She had such a big impact on my daughter’s life and her early childhood education.

LaDawn is one of, if not, the best teacher & caregiver I could have ever had for my daughter! She values and understands the importance of high quality care, and it shows both in her, and in your child. My daughter absolutely loved her, and we would still use her for care today if she was in the 0-3yrs age group.

My daughters were fortunate to have spent some time at the Labor of Love Childcare. LaDawn’s approach to learning and creative thinking created a viable environment for building intellectual curiosity and confidence in the kids. Also we received hourly reports on their eating, sleeping, playing, and learning activities which keeps us abreast of how they spend their day.
